JTVC-1166 is the larger vertical-machining reference with 1100/650/600 mm X/Y/Z travel, 1200 × 650 mm table and 1100 kg listed table load. Review the complete loaded fixture and its distribution, not only part mass. The maximum-workpiece-height entry is 600 mm, numerically equal to Z travel here but a separate manufacturer reference; request the actual holder and spindle-nose clearance drawing.
The page describes a short-nose BBT40 spindle with forced cooling, three linear guide axes and automatic chip removal. Confirm the delivered holders, retention studs, control and accessory configuration. Do not transfer JTVC-855P3’s 24-tool magazine or the engraving model’s spindle speed into this specification without a build-specific quotation.
For a housing or mould, identify the deepest feature, longest holder and highest clamp, plus the datum moved into a second clamping. Ask for the spindle torque/duty curve and coolant/conveyor suitability for the proposed material and engagement. The larger load and envelope are setup references, not proof of stable heavy cutting, released accuracy or a particular production cycle.

Agree a representative roughing/finishing sample on the quoted tooling and control. Inspect after release and re-clamping, include chip management, wear intervention and restart, and separate productive cutting from handling.
