Desun A-800

A-800 remains a retained model reference, with its exact current configuration unresolved because the older product source could not be loaded. The currently readable TLX-800 material is a distinct named configuration; its travel, mass, spindle options and illustration are not transferred to A-800. Ask the supplier to state whether and how the old designation maps to the quoted current build.

For a longer-part route, show the grip, unsupported projection, centre or other support needs, longest boring/drilling assembly and second-end features. Check loaded tool/support clearances and the material's cutting duty. A nominal length designation does not establish usable machining length or solve bending, vibration, deep-hole chip removal or receiving-spindle access.

Specify the actual spindle/chuck/drive, support and transfer arrangement, turret/holder schedule, Y/other axes, coolant and controller/software package. Resolve the group's optional or differently described configurations on one signed schedule. Trial the complete representative route and inspect released geometry and datum relationships, including any second-end operation. Obtain exact machine photos, occupied installation layout and legal builder/seller and destination support responsibilities.
