Mingxin MX1000

Mingxin MX1000 is the larger vertical grinding reference with a swivelling single head and wheel exchange. Its original specification sheet lists bores Ø80–900 mm, maximum grinding depth 600 mm, maximum outside/end-face grinding diameter Ø1000 mm, a Ø1000 mm table and Ø1050 mm maximum work swing. Keep swing, table diameter and grinding limits separate when laying out a large ring, disc or housing and its wheel approach.

The head-swivel reference is ±40° with automatic swivel and clamp, and X/Z slide travel is 2000 / 700 mm. The description identifies a B-axis head and C1 rotary worktable plus a six-station C2 store described as five wheels and one measuring-head station. Siemens 840D SL is named. The six-axis description does not establish six-axis simultaneous interpolation; agree which axes and cycles execute the proposed taper, coordinate-hole or non-round profile.

Work-spindle speed is 10–100 rpm and rated table load 4000 kg. Submit the fixture/blank mass distribution, contact/support and handling plan; the load figure is not a crane allowance or proof of safe eccentric loading. The source describes hydrostatic table support, wheel balancing/cooling, automatic lubrication and optional in-process measurement/dresser arrangements. Identify the delivered configuration and calibration/dressing/compensation sequence rather than treating every option as standard.

Trial the complete bore/face/profile relationship on representative material and heat treatment with the intended wheels and fixture. Include dressing, wheel exchange, gauging, stabilisation and loading, then inspect after release with an agreed thermal and measurement method. Reference total power is 75 kW, exterior size 5000 × 4000 × 4600 mm, space 5000 × 5600 × 4600 mm and mass 38 tonnes. Obtain the ordered foundation, transport and service-access drawings; total power is not individual spindle output.
