The Baoji Zhongcheng CK30E is a compact CNC gang-tool lathe with an integral flat bed. It is intended for batch machining of small parts, using a pneumatic spring collet and a dovetail gang-tool arrangement. Maximum turning diameter is 70 mm and maximum machining length is 150 mm, while the bar-capacity limit is 30 mm.
The spindle has an A2-4 nose, a 36 mm through bore and a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. Its motor is rated at 3.7 kW. X and Z use direct-coupled servo drives and ball screws; the CK30E version has linear guides and 20 m/min rapid traverse on both axes. The stated control is FANUC 0i-TF.
The tool plate includes a stock-pulling arrangement for automated processing, but feeder integration and finished-part handling still need specification. A Y-axis side-milling powered head is an optional addition. Define the bar material, collet, cutoff method, tool layout and required secondary features before selecting the final machining package.
How does CK30E differ from CK30?
The reviewed table gives CK30E linear guides and 20 m/min X/Z rapid traverse. CK30 uses hardened dovetail guides and 15 m/min; those values are not mixed here.
