Baoji Zhongcheng CK46P

Baoji Zhongcheng CK46P is a gang-tool CNC lathe with a 45-degree slant-bed arrangement. The product table lists a 45 mm bar capacity, an A2-5 spindle nose and a 57 mm spindle bore. The smaller usable bar figure should govern bar-feed planning; spindle-bore diameter alone does not establish the clearance through the collet and drawtube.

Maximum spindle speed is 4000 rpm with a 5.5/7.5 kW motor. The stated turning envelope is 360 mm diameter and 270 mm length, while X and Z travel are each listed at 400 mm. A T-slot gang plate with eight holders is described, using 20 × 20 mm external tools and a 25 mm boring-tool size.

The published control is GSK 988TA. Direct servo-driven ball screws, linear guides and automatic lubrication are described for the axis system, with side or rear chip removal. Provide bar stock, part length, tool sequence and cutoff needs through RFQ. Check holder interference and collet access, and confirm whether the desired automation is included in the supplied machine.
