Chenghai GMC2016 is a gantry machining center with 2100 mm X travel and a 2200 × 1400 mm table. Its 4000 kg table-load rating and 1650 mm between-column clearance support evaluation of larger fixtures and workpieces. The part must fit the actual access envelope as well as the table.
The catalog specifies a BT50 belt-driven spindle rated at 6000 rpm with a 15/18.5 kW motor entry. X and Y rapid traverse are 15 m/min, and Z rapid traverse is 12 m/min. Mitsubishi M80B is the named control. The 24-tool magazine is expressly optional, so this page does not present automatic tool changing as included in every quotation.
