Chenghai GMC3020
Chenghai GMC3020 is a fixed-gantry machining center with a moving table for larger plates, molds and structural components. The 3000 × 1600 mm table carries up to 10000 kg, while the 2000 mm distance between columns governs lateral clearance. Its 3000 mm X travel and larger load rating make it a distinct capacity choice alongside the builder's smaller GMC2016.
The published configuration uses roller guides on all three linear axes and nitrogen counterbalancing on Z. A belt-driven BT50 spindle reaches 6000 rpm with a listed 22/26 kW motor. Spindle temperature control and auger-plus-chain chip removal are described for managing sustained cutting and chip accumulation.
A 24-tool arm magazine is optional, so automatic tool changing should be specified in the quotation rather than assumed. Provide a workpiece-and-fixture drawing, total mass and the tallest tool assembly through RFQ. Check the 200–1100 mm spindle-to-table range against fixture height, and reserve maintenance space beyond the published machine dimensions.
