Dahe TM-50

Dahe TM-50 is a honing machining-center model for bores from 10 to 50 mm diameter and up to 300 mm deep. Its process description combines boring and successive honing stages in one clamping arrangement. The actual tool sequence should be selected from incoming bore condition, stock allowance and the required surface structure.

The head has a 600 mm stroke, distinct from the 300 mm maximum honing depth. Reciprocating speed is adjustable from 3 to 20 m/min and spindle rotation from 10 to 4000 rpm. The worktable measures 545 × 1000 mm; a reciprocating drive rated at 3.5 kW and a 5.5 kW rotation drive are listed separately.

The manufacturer describes a cam-type tool changer and cross-table arrangement, with optional hydraulic single feed and a five-axis rotary configuration. These options should be identified explicitly in the equipment schedule. For pump or valve components, send bore steps, blind-hole details, material and pre-machining condition through RFQ. Agree bore form, size and roughness acceptance on a representative part instead of assuming that every catalog accuracy claim applies to the proposed setup.

Does the 600 mm stroke allow a 600 mm-deep bore?

No. The table lists 600 mm head stroke but a 300 mm maximum honing depth. Check tool access and bore geometry separately.
