Dekay FA-UM800 combines five-axis machining with an ultrasonic tool system. Its overhead moving structure carries the X, Y and Z linear axes, while an A/C cradle supports the workpiece. The model table lists 850/1000/600 mm linear travel, an 800 mm rotary table and a 1200 kg table-load rating.
The A axis travels through ±120 degrees and C permits continuous rotation. A 30 kW electric spindle reaches 18000 rpm with an HSK-A63 interface and a listed torque of 105 N·m. The ultrasonic system combines a generator, dedicated toolholder and transmission module, operating at 28 ±0.3 kHz with a stated output of at least 50 W.
A 32-tool chain magazine and the specified CNC package are listed as options. Ultrasonic machining requires compatible tooling and a material-specific process; ordinary tools should not be assumed to provide that function. Submit material, surface geometry, fixture mass and tool-access requirements through RFQ. Confirm the rotary load condition, holder selection and trial-cut acceptance before planning simultaneous machining around the complete part.
