DMNC 45S+PRO
DMNC 45S+PRO is a CNC die-sinking EDM machine with 450 × 300 × 320 mm linear travels and a 700 × 400 mm worktable. Its maximum workpiece load is 400 kg, while the electrode limit is 25 kg. These limits should include the relevant holders and fixtures in a setup assessment.
The Pro-series construction uses a T-shaped bed and a cross-table arrangement, with the table moving within the supporting casting. The manufacturer describes a granite worktable, precision linear guides and ground ball screws. The specification identifies three-axis simultaneous control, a 15-inch display and a 50 A maximum machining current.
The working tank measures 1200 × 680 × 440 mm internally and opens by manual pull-down. Maximum liquid level is 290 mm, so tank height alone is not the available immersion depth. Provide the electrode stack, workpiece height, cavity geometry and finish target in the RFQ, and request a process trial appropriate to the actual material and electrode.

Before you RFQ
Can the full 440 mm tank height be used as fluid depth?
No. The published maximum liquid level is 290 mm. Workpiece, fixture and electrode immersion must be checked separately.
