DMNC HS-600

DMNC presents the OVSO HS-600 as an EDM hole-machining model with six controlled axes and five-axis simultaneous motion. It is a different process configuration from the builder's 45S+PRO die-sinking machine. The HS-600 specification gives a 0.2–3 mm hole-diameter range and a deionized-water working medium.

The 900 × 500 mm table carries up to 500 kg. X, Y and Z travels are 600, 400 and 350 mm, with a separate 400 mm W movement. The B axis is listed from −110 to +110 degrees and C through 360 degrees; electrode reach and fixture clearance still determine which angled holes can be produced.

The electrical table specifies 380 V supply and a maximum machining current of 50 A. The control supports linear, circular and helical interpolation and uses an industrial-computer arrangement. Submit hole diameter, depth, entry angle, material and breakthrough requirements through RFQ. Confirm electrode handling, water treatment and the acceptance method for bore quality. A commanded resolution should not be interpreted as guaranteed hole accuracy.

Is this the same process as die-sinking EDM?

It is an EDM hole-machining configuration with a small-hole range and rotary positioning. Select electrodes, water treatment and process settings for the hole geometry.
