Fangzheng DK7720
Fangzheng DK7720 is a compact fast-wire EDM machine with a 490 × 380 mm table and 250/200 mm X/Y travel. The model sheet lists a maximum workpiece size of 500 × 400 mm, a 250 mm straight-cut thickness and a 200 kg load limit. Workpiece envelope and programmed cutting travel are separate checks.
X, Y, U and V use stepper drives with four-axis simultaneous control. U and V each have 24 mm travel, and the published taper limit is ±3 degrees over 50 mm. The electrode-wire range is 0.10–0.22 mm, with 0.18 mm standard; wire speed is listed at 11.5 m/s.
The machine has a 50-litre working-fluid tank and a stated net weight of 615 kg. Its minimum commanded increment is a control value, not a universal finished-part tolerance. Send material, cut thickness, taper details and surface requirements through RFQ. Confirm flushing access, wire choice and the proposed power supply, then agree a sample-cut inspection plan before comparing the machine with the existing DK7732C-SF.

Before you RFQ
Does maximum workpiece size equal axis travel?
No. A 500 × 400 mm workpiece can extend beyond the 250 × 200 mm cutting-travel envelope. Check the entire programmed path and clamping clearance.
