FINCM ADM2532 is a CNC production line for drilling and marking angle steel. Its published section range starts at 90 × 90 × 6 mm and extends to 250 × 250 × 32 mm. The two angle legs are served by three drilling spindles on each side, allowing a tool arrangement suited to repeated hole patterns.
The model table lists a maximum drilling diameter of 26 mm, a spindle range up to 6000 rpm and an 11 kW spindle motor. Marking-force choices are 1200 and 1500 kN; the quotation should identify the supplied arrangement. Marking and drilling requirements should be specified independently, including character content and the position of holes relative to the section edges.
Shearing is optional and has its own smaller section limits. The double-edge choice is listed up to 200 × 200 × 24 mm, while the single-blade choice reaches 200 × 200 × 20 mm. Do not assume that the maximum drillable angle can also be sheared. Provide stock lengths, material grade, hole schedule and downstream handling requirements through RFQ.
Can the largest drillable angle also be sheared?
Not under the listed optional shearing limits. Each shearing configuration has a smaller maximum section than the drilling range.
