The Guangdong Yiji VMC850 is a three-axis vertical machining center with 800 mm X travel and 500 mm travel in both Y and Z. A 1000 × 500 mm table provides five T-slots and a stated 700 kg load rating. Include fixtures and other carried equipment when checking that limit.
The reviewed configuration uses an 8000 rpm spindle with a 7.5 kW motor and a published BT40-150 interface designation. X and Y run on roller linear guides, while the Z axis uses a lined box guideway. Rapid traverse is 32 m/min in X and Y and 18 m/min in Z, which should not be confused with the separate cutting-feed range.
Syntec 22MA control is named in the parameter sheet. Spindle-nose clearance ranges from 150 to 650 mm above the table.
