Hachi HGE4D6300

Hachi HGE4D6300 is a four-axis profile machining center combining milling, drilling and tapping. Its specification distinguishes the 6400 mm X travel used for vertical machining from a 5970 mm spindle-nose span in the horizontal machining arrangement. Those figures should not be treated as an identical usable length for every tool orientation.

Y and Z travels are 600 and 700 mm. The electric spindle has a 150 mm body diameter, an 11 kW motor and a maximum speed of 20000 rpm, with a BBT40 interface. A 24-tool disc magazine supports the published configuration. X rapid traverse is 60 m/min, while Y and Z are each listed at 28 m/min.
