Haite HLC3022 is a fixed-beam, moving-table gantry machining center for large mold bases, frames and cast components. The model table gives a 3000 × 1800 mm worktable, 2400 mm Y travel and 1000 mm Z travel. Column spacing is 2200 mm, and the spindle nose can be positioned 200–1200 mm above the table.
The BT50 spindle is listed from 80 to 6000 rpm with a 15/18.5 kW motor. A 24-tool disc-arm magazine accepts tools up to 400 mm long and 18 kg, subject to pocket-clearance restrictions. The published control is FANUC 0i-MF (3B) Plus; right-angle heads and a fourth axis are optional additions.
The source gives different X-travel values in its introductory text and specification table, so an X-travel commitment must be confirmed in the quotation. Provide fixture dimensions, part mass, machining faces and longest tool through RFQ. Check guideway configuration and optional-head clearances, and allow maintenance access beyond the published 8400 × 5400 × 5300 mm dimensions.
Is a fourth rotary axis included?
