Hanspark G45L
Hanspark G45L is a compact CNC die-sinking EDM machine with 450 × 300 × 300 mm linear travels. It has a 600 × 400 mm table inside a 900 × 620 × 400 mm machining tank. Workpiece weight is limited to 800 kg, while the electrode limit is separately stated as 50 kg.
The machine uses a linear-motor ram drive and includes dielectric and spindle cooling in the described configuration. The standard power entry is 50 A, with a 100 A option. Three-axis simultaneous control is listed, with expansion to five axes available; this does not mean every supplied machine includes five-axis hardware.
The 300–600 mm electrode-plate-to-table distance is relevant when combining a workpiece, fixture, electrode and holder. Check dielectric immersion and access against the 240 mm maximum liquid level. For a quotation, define the cavity depth, electrode material, finish target and test component, then agree on the generator, electrode handling and any additional-axis package.
