Hanspark HF1260
Hanspark HF1260 is a twin-head EDM configuration with a 1250 × 800 mm worktable. The model table lists X travel as 700/700 mm for its paired heads, alongside 600 mm Y travel and 400 mm Z travel. This should not be interpreted as a single uninterrupted 1400 mm X stroke.
The stated maximum workpiece load is 6000 kg and the maximum electrode load is 80 kg. A separate W movement is listed at 400 mm, while the electrode-plate-to-table distance is 500–900 mm. These dimensions determine whether the electrode, holder and workpiece can be assembled with adequate approach clearance.
The work tank measures 2000 × 1100 × 600 mm, with 1500 litres of working fluid and a listed maximum fluid height of 450 mm. The standard current is 50 A, with 100 A offered as an option. Send cavity locations, electrode materials, simultaneous-head requirements and required finish through RFQ. Confirm tank access, head coordination and the generator package before comparing cycle estimates with the existing G45L listing.

Is 700/700 mm a combined 1400 mm X stroke?
No. It describes the paired-head arrangement. Confirm each head’s reachable area and the permissible overlap for the proposed electrodes.
