2MK9555 is Xinghe Hongxin’s vertical compound grinder for internal, external and end-face grinding in one clamping. The model description lists a 550 mm table, 500 mm maximum ground OD, 50–400 mm ID range and 200 mm maximum grinding height. Its additional bore-depth condition is no more than twice the corresponding diameter; check that condition together with grinding height and the actual wheel/holder access.
The head movements of 1100 mm horizontal and 350 mm vertical are axis travel, not a larger guaranteed grinding-height envelope. The page describes a Siemens 828D and electric spindle with an HSK holder; confirm the actual holder size, installed wheels, control/software and wheel-change method. It does not specify an automatic wheel magazine.
For a concentric ring or housing, send a sectioned drawing with shoulders, reliefs, bore depth and locating datums. Run the ID/OD/end-face sequence on the same fixture, include wheel dressing/change and inspect the released part for the drawing’s size, form and surface relationships. The listed machine geometric checks are not universal finished-part tolerances.
