Huadong VMC850E

VMC850E is Huadong’s E-series vertical-centre reference with 800 × 500 × 500 mm X/Y/Z travel, a 1000 × 550 mm table and a listed 500 kg workpiece-load reference. The spindle-nose window is 150–650 mm. Send the complete housing fixture and total mass/offset, the deepest pocket and the longest holder. Check shortest-tool reach, safe withdrawal and load distribution separately. The E suffix matters: the non-E VMC850 row has a different table-width and rapid reference.

The English E table names HNC-818F, an 8000 rpm BT40 spindle and 7.5/11 kW motor power without duty definitions. The Chinese general configuration panel instead names FANUC 0i-MF(5). Those are not a single verified control package. Agree the exact suffix, control, drive, motor curve and dated build sheet. The English list makes belt drive standard and direct connection optional, with 36/36/36 m/min rapids. A maximum rapid or a slash-separated power entry does not establish acceleration, continuous cutting duty or complete cycle.

The English magazine row gives 24 BT40 arm-type tools, MAS403 BT40-45 retention and an 85 × 350 mm diameter/length entry. The Chinese technical image gives Ø78 occupied diameter, Ø120 with neighbouring space empty, 300 mm length and 8 kg mass, with a 2 s tool-to-tool reference. Its capacity row and generic standard panel also differ in option wording. Specify one coherent occupied-tool map and included magazine. Through-spindle coolant, scales, fourth-axis function, probing and spindle oil cooling are options, not automatic base features.

Trial the hardest hole, deep pocket or cross-feature datum relationship using the actual material, holder projection and fixture. Record chips, wear, thermal conditions, repeat loading and elapsed time including inspection/cleaning. Inspect released geometry where distortion matters; machine-positioning figures are separate from part guarantees. The listed body is 2560 × 2450 × 2840 mm at 4500 kg, with service, door, tank and chip clearances to obtain separately. The original illustration visibly carries VMC1060 and is a family reference, not an exact VMC850E photograph.
