J-Tech JT-TL1000
JT-TL1000 is J-TECH’s longer BT30 drilling and tapping centre reference. Its exact table lists 1000 × 500 × 350 mm travel, a 1100 × 500 mm table and 350 kg load reference. Review the complete long fixture, remote features and mass distribution. More X travel does not establish a stable thin-wall part or additional vertical reach. Include locating supports, clamps and loading hardware in the proposed setup.
The table gives a 100–450 mm spindle-nose window and 550 mm spindle-centre-to-column distance. Check shortest-tool reach and tallest loaded clearance together. The table lists a 21,000 rpm direct BT30 spindle and 48/48/48 m/min rapids, whereas the headline says 20,000 rpm and 60 m/min. Use one dated build sheet; these are conflicting references, not cumulative features. The 2.2 kW motor entry has no duty curve. Obtain useful torque at the intended cutting and tapping speeds.
The model table gives a 16-position radial magazine, Ø80 mm tool diameter, 200 mm length, 3 kg tool mass and 1.9 s tool-to-tool reference. Confirm occupied neighbours and complete-holder limits before adding large cutters or sister tools. The family accessory panel separately offers 16/21 magazines, fourth-axis arrangements, automatic doors, locks and measuring equipment. FANUC 0i-MF and Mitsubishi M80 are control alternatives. Agree one actual control, magazine, safeguards and included option list rather than assuming everything is standard.

Trial the smallest thread, deepest blind hole and datum furthest from the fixture origin, with the production material and supported housing. Inspect after release where needed, then measure loading, cutting, cleaning and inspection together. Robot transfer, online inspection and good/reject sorting require separate cell acceptance, including safe recovery from interruption and mis-seating. The table lists a 2635 × 2700 × 2640 mm body at 4000 kg and three-phase 380 V/50 Hz/15 kVA supply; obtain full installed clearances and utilities. The original whole photograph visibly carries JT-TL1000.
