JFMT J1VMC1370W
J1VMC1370W is JFMT’s wheel-oriented vertical machining centre with fixed column, enclosure and hardened cast guideways. The exact table gives 1300 × 700 × 700 mm travel, a 1400 × 710 mm table and 1000 kg load reference. Include the fixture, blank and load offset when evaluating the assembly. The manufacturer’s 13–24 inch wheel and 13 inch wheel-height references do not replace a complete interference study or establish every wheel as machinable.
The spindle nose is listed 450–1150 mm from the table, with spindle-centre-to-column distance 784 mm. Check the lowest machined surface using the shortest tool. A low shallow setup can require fixture elevation or a longer assembly, affecting stiffness, mass and clearance. Draw the highest clamp and full withdrawal route as well. The BT50 spindle reference is 10,000 rpm and 18.5 kW without a stated duty definition; obtain torque and duty at the actual cut.
The 24-position disc magazine has a listed 300 mm tool-length limit and 15 kg tool-mass limit. Diameter is Ø112 mm with occupied neighbours or Ø200 mm with adjacent positions empty. Map large cutters, boring heads and sister tools before counting usable positions. The 2.9 s change reference and 15/15/15 m/min rapids are components of elapsed time, not a finished-wheel cycle. The listed control is Siemens 828D; specify the exact supplied options.

The table gives a 3700 × 3400 × 4400 mm body at 10 tonnes and 45 kVA requirement. Obtain foundation, lifting and maintenance clearances; the 4.4 m height needs explicit access review. Trial the wheel datum, clamping, hole pattern and milled features using the production blank, then inspect after release. Turning surfaces, balancing and automated transfer belong to separately agreed operations. The original full photograph is visibly marked J1VMC1370W and is retained without cropping.
