Kaibo DC-6060 Graphite
Kaibo DC-6060 Graphite is a dedicated wet-machining configuration for graphite electrodes. It differs from the DC-6060A already listed for this builder: the graphite model adds a water-curtain arrangement, dedicated filtration and protected moving components for handling the debris generated during electrode machining. Material and coolant compatibility should be agreed for the intended electrode process.
The model table specifies 600/600/360 mm travel, a 605 × 605 mm worktable and a 300 kg load rating. Its 5.5 kW spindle reaches 24000 rpm and uses an ER20 interface for shanks from 3.17 to 12 mm. These tool limits matter when planning small features, deep ribs and tool reach.
A ten-tool disc magazine is optional. The published control is Syntec 21MA, and the machine weighs 4200 kg. Submit the electrode geometry, graphite grade, stock allowance and inspection method through RFQ. Confirm the coolant circuit, filtration service interval and tool-changing configuration, and check the 70–430 mm spindle-to-table distance with the fixture and longest tool installed.
