Kaibo DC-6060A
Kaibo DC-6060A is an engraving and milling machine developed for shoe-mold work. Its 600 × 600 × 260 mm travel envelope and 610 × 600 mm table suit evaluation of mold blocks with relatively compact footprints. The 300 kg load limit should include workholding as well as the workpiece.
The reviewed table identifies an ER25 spindle with a maximum speed of 24000 rpm and tool shanks from 3.17 to 16 mm. Spindle motor power is listed as 5.5 kW with a 7.5 kW alternative. Syntec 22MA control and Yaskawa axis servos are named in the configuration table.
Automatic tool changing appears as an option with more than one magazine arrangement. Specify the spindle interface and compatible magazine together when requesting this feature. Tool diameter, mold material, fixture height and the longest cutter should be checked against the final ordered configuration before machining trials are agreed.
