Keybase K46DM

Keybase K46DM is a turning-and-milling machine with a Y-axis arrangement and a standard 15-station BMT45 turret. The manufacturer also offers a 12-station BMT55 turret; these are alternative configurations, not a combined 27-tool capacity. The driven-tool motor is listed at 3.1 kW.

The K46DM column gives a 300 mm maximum turning diameter, 340 mm turning length and 45 mm bar capacity. Its 6-inch chuck fits an A2-5 spindle nose, with a 7.5 kW motor and maximum speed of 4000 rpm. X and Z travels are 205 and 380 mm, while the product description specifies a 100 mm Y travel.

The bed combines flat and 20-degree inclined structural elements, with roller guides on the main slides. A programmable tailstock, part catcher and robot handling are options requiring a separate equipment schedule.
