Lijie DSSK1000
Lijie lists a DSSK1000 quenching station in its complete induction-hardening equipment range. The station designation appears on the official equipment image, while DSZP-160 identifies the separate heating power supply. These are different components: the station holds and moves the workpiece, and the supply provides the electrical heating output.
The complete-equipment page publishes a 500 mm hardening stroke, 500 mm maximum swing and 30 kg workpiece-load limit. Vertical movement is listed from zero to 100 mm/s and part rotation from zero to 300 rpm. The station has a 5 kW electrical requirement and approximately 1000 kg weight; these figures must not be confused with the heating cabinet's power and mass.
The accompanying DSZP-160 supply is listed at 160 kW with an adaptive 5–25 kHz output frequency. Obtain an order-specific configuration drawing before selection: the station's model designation does not establish a 1000 mm hardening stroke. Submit material, hardened-zone length, case-depth target, coil access and quench-medium requirements through RFQ, and agree a metallurgical trial and acceptance method.

Does DSSK1000 mean a 1000 mm hardening stroke?
