Mltor MLT-YK8035
Mltor MLT-YK8035 is a six-axis CNC gear skiving machine intended for internal straight and helical gears. The brochure gives a 350 mm maximum machining diameter, module up to 4 and a 100 mm maximum skiving length. It names planetary reducers and robot-joint modules among the intended applications.
The machine uses iSmart-Ai800A control and direct-driven B and C rotary axes, with rotary-scale feedback described in the technical material. The worktable is 370 mm in diameter and has a listed maximum speed of 1000 rpm; the tool spindle is separately rated at 1500 rpm. These two speeds refer to different rotating members and should not be combined into one spindle figure.
Tool shifting is listed as ±55 mm and the tool-head swing as ±30 degrees. The brochure also describes spindle cooling, MES support and remote diagnostic functions. Gear geometry, cutter clearance and the process route need to be checked together, especially where a gear sits inside a housing or has shoulders that limit tool approach.

Before you RFQ
Is the 350 mm diameter the only workpiece limitation?
No. Tooth geometry, skiving length, helix angle, cutter access, fixtures and the surrounding part geometry also require review.
