Sunrise CNC TPD2016
Sunrise CNC TPD2016 is a plate-drilling machine for fabricated-steel components, connection plates, base plates and flanges. Its published single-workpiece envelope is 2000 × 1600 mm. Alternatively, the table can accommodate two workpiece groups of 1000 × 1600 mm or four groups of 1000 × 800 mm, subject to the clamping arrangement.
The machine positions in X and Y and uses adjustable hydraulic drilling feed. The stated drilling diameter range is 12–50 mm, spindle speed is 120–560 rpm and feed stroke is 180 mm. The maximum plate or stacked-plate thickness is 100 mm. Twelve hydraulic table clamps provide 7.5 kN clamping force each within the specified thickness range.
The product description includes blind-hole drilling, reaming and chamfering, together with recirculating coolant and chip collection. Workholding and drill clearance determine which operations can be combined safely. Provide the plate drawing, hole schedule, material and desired batch arrangement for a tooling and cycle review. The accompanying original catalog detail shows the TPD-series clamping table; it is not an installation-layout drawing.
