Taimu GLH-3022T is a fixed-crossbeam gantry machining center with a moving work table. Its 3000 × 1800 mm table and 9000 kg load rating support evaluation of large components and mold work. The published axis travels are 3000 × 2200 × 1000 mm, with 2200 mm between the columns and a 1250 mm gantry passage height.
The structural components use HT300 cast iron and a ribbed box construction. X and Y employ heavy-duty linear guides; preloaded ball screws drive the axes. The spindle uses a geared transmission and BT50 tooling. Automatic centralized lubrication and protective covers serve the guideways and screws.
Installation requires a prepared foundation, secondary grouting, electrical supply and compressed air.
