Gantry structure and workpiece planning

The GLH-3022T uses HT300 cast-iron structural components, heavy-duty linear guides in X and Y, and preloaded ball screws. Its 3000 × 1800 mm table is rated for 9000 kg. The fixture, part and any auxiliary tooling carried by the table must be included when checking this load.

Installation and configuration

Taimu calls for foundation preparation, secondary grouting and planned electrical and compressed-air connections before commissioning. The source separates standard FANUC control from optional Siemens control and optional machining accessories.
