Taimu TM-6036T

Taimu TM-6036T is a large gantry machining center with a 6000 × 3000 mm table and a published 26000 kg table-load rating. Its 6000/3600/1200 mm travels and 3600 mm column spacing provide a different capacity envelope from the existing GLH-3022T listing. Workpiece overhang and fixture distribution still need an installation and application review.

The model-specific table gives a geared BT50 spindle operating from 40 to 6000 rpm. Two listed gear ratios, 1:1 and 1:5.5, support different cutting duties; the motor is rated at 22/26 kW and the torque figures are 770/910 N·m. The appropriate gear and duty rating must be matched to the cutting operation.

FANUC 0i-MF is listed in the standard equipment schedule, while Siemens control, a 24-tool magazine and right-angle head arrangements are options. Submit a face-by-face machining plan, maximum tool size and fixture load through RFQ. Plan foundation, lifting and maintenance access for the approximately 68-ton machine, whose published overall length is 15.8 metres.
