Tripak TB-2518

Tieba TB-2518 is a gantry machining center with 2500/1800/1000 mm travel and a 1600 × 2500 mm table. Its model-specific column gives a 7000 kg table-load rating. The table dimensions, supported mass and spindle-to-table clearance should be checked together when moving from a compact vertical machining center to a larger fixture.

The published spindle configuration is belt-driven, reaches 6000 rpm and uses a BT50 interface with a 22/26 kW motor. X and Y use roller guides while Z has a rectangular sliding guideway. Rapid traverse is listed at 15/15/10 m/min for X, Y and Z respectively.

A 24-tool magazine accepts tools up to 350 mm long and 15 kg, subject to the specified diameter clearance. The table allows a larger tool diameter when adjacent pockets are empty, so tool layout affects available magazine capacity. Provide fixture height, part mass, material and roughing requirements through RFQ.
