Tripak TB-855G
Tripak TB-855G is a vertical machining center from Suzhou Tieba. Its 800 × 550 × 550 mm travel envelope works with a 1000 × 550 mm table rated for 500 kg. The published spindle-nose-to-table range is 110–660 mm, which must accommodate the fixture, component and tool assembly.
The machine uses BT40 tooling and a 24-position magazine. The manufacturer lists two spindle arrangements: 12000 rpm with direct drive, or 10000 rpm with belt drive. These are alternatives rather than two operating ratings for one unspecified spindle. The 11/15 kW motor entry should be clarified by duty rating in the order.
Tool limits include 300 mm maximum length and 8 kg maximum weight. The allowable diameter is 80 mm when neighboring pockets are occupied and 160 mm when they are empty. Before you RFQ
Can every magazine pocket hold a 160 mm tool?
No. The 160 mm limit requires adjacent pockets to be empty. With adjacent pockets occupied, the stated diameter limit is 80 mm.
