TS110T4 is Tuosi’s larger reviewed table-type CNC horizontal boring and milling reference. It lists a 1200 × 1400 mm table, 6000 kg maximum load and X/Y/Z travels of 1600/1600/1200 mm. Check loaded-fixture center of gravity, permissible eccentric loading and collision clearance throughout B rotation; table face size alone does not establish housing capacity.
Its boring-spindle diameter remains 110 mm and W travel 600 mm, despite the larger table and travel than T1. The published spindle range is 10–2000 rpm, motor entry 19.5 kW and spindle torque entry 2000 N·m. Obtain the supplied torque curve and demonstrate the actual heavy cut and longest bore; do not transfer the separate T1 milling-spindle torque entry to this model.
The description distinguishes X/Y/Z linear-scale feedback, B encoder feedback and semi-closed-loop W detection, with four-axis simultaneous control. Its mixed accuracy row needs an agreed axis-by-axis test schedule. Prove bore relationships after table rotations and clamp release. Freeze the component/configuration list and approve substitutions; the source explicitly permits changes in special delivery circumstances.
