Zonjet ZJZ500
Zonjet ZJZ500 is a CNC deep-hole drilling machine for shaft work. The manufacturer specifies drilling diameters from 4 to 30 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 500 mm. Maximum workpiece length is separately listed as 600 mm, so the overall shaft length should not be mistaken for the available bore depth.
The standard table entry is one spindle, with two- or three-spindle versions shown as optional. Maximum spindle speed is 4500 rpm and spindle motor power is 15 kW. Feed is listed at 0–3000 mm/min, while rapid traverse is 3800 mm/min; the latter is 3.8 m/min, not 3800 m/min.
The coolant specification gives 80 L/min flow and a maximum pressure expressed in the source as 100 kg/cm². Tooling, coolant delivery, material and chip behavior must be reviewed as a system for the actual hole. Include bore depth, tolerances, workpiece support and the intended number of spindles when requesting a production configuration.

No. The reviewed table lists one spindle and marks two to three spindles as optional.
