Baoma BMA400C
BMA400C is Baoma's current integrated reciprocating-wire EDM reference. The exact manufacturer table lists X/Y motion 400 × 320 mm, U/V 50 × 50 mm, a 650 × 420 mm table and 400 kg supported load. Place the conductive blank, clamps and retained slug on that drawing. Wire travel does not prove that a clamped part can be cut on every edge.
Maximum listed thickness is 300 mm, while the ±10° taper entry explicitly applies within 100 mm thickness. Those conditions cannot be combined into a 300 mm, ±10° capability. Supply top and bottom profiles, guide clearance, start-hole location and the taper direction. Include threading, flushing and slug support; ask how the cut remains stable near the fixture.
The model description specifies AC-servo control, a BMW8000 cabinet, bidirectional automatic tension and AR inclination correction. Five-axis wire control is not simultaneous five-axis milling. Aluminium-cutting equipment is optional; titanium processing and AR correction are listed standard. Record the actual material-specific generator, wire and dielectric package on the quotation rather than assuming every process arrangement is included.

The published ≤±0.003 mm accuracy, 0.6 μm best roughness and 350 mm²/min peak cutting-area rate need an agreed specimen and conditions. They do not establish one simultaneous production result. Trial the intended material and thickness using the specified wire, rough/trim cuts and measurement positions. Inspect released top/bottom geometry and surface; count setting, threading, support, cutting, slug removal, inspection and rejects in accepted output.
