Baoma BMD703A-400CNC
BMD703A-400CNC is Baoma's three-axis CNC small-hole EDM reference. Its current manufacturer table gives a 510 × 320 mm table, X/Y movement 400 × 300 mm and 300 kg supported load. For starter holes or small bores, supply the conductive material, heat-treatment state, hole pattern, fixture and entrance face. The occupied fixture must leave room for the electrode and flushing arrangement.
The Z entry reads 300 + (300) mm with an electrically controlled secondary stroke. Separately, machining depth is stated as 0–300 mm. Do not add the axis-stroke entries into a 600 mm drilling claim. Obtain the motion drawing, electrode extension and holder/guide clearances for the actual hole depth and direction, including the route for withdrawal and replacement.
The listed electrode clamping range is Ø0.2–3.0 mm; it does not guarantee the same finished-hole diameter or a particular aspect ratio. Specify diameter along the bore, straightness, blind-end depth or breakthrough condition and inspection access. The maximum 50–60 mm/min drilling-rate entry depends on material and electrode. Trial the complete hole with intended flushing, monitoring wear and the finish at entrance and exit.

Z depth control, a probing rod and external spray are listed standard. A filter tank and automatic electrode change are optional; the separate fourth-axis entry contains a dash and does not establish a supplied rotary unit. Freeze the electrode, dielectric, filtering and control package in the quotation. Include positioning, electrode replacement, flushing, inspection and rejected holes in output, then confirm the 380 V/50 Hz supply, site installation and destination service arrangement.
