Conprofe UVC400-5AXIS

Conprofe UVC400-5AXIS uses a bridge/gantry structure with a cradle five-axis arrangement. Its exact table gives 420 / 420 / 380 mm linear travel, a 400 mm-diameter table and 200 kg table load. For an impeller, angled hole or deep approach, obtain the loaded fixture and cutter/holder interference drawing through all required orientations. These nominal limits do not establish a full swept part envelope.

The HSK-A63 spindle is listed at 24000 rpm short-time and 16000 rpm continuous duty. The exact model table gives 40 tools, 70 mm maximum diameter with the magazine full, 200 mm length and 8 kg mass. Do not assign the broader 24–120 tool range from the descriptive text to this reference without an identified magazine build.

The model description names Siemens ONE, simultaneous five-axis motion and RTCP tool-centre-point following, with scale feedback and A/C braking described. Agree rotary ranges, oriented loading, calibrated pivot geometry, postprocessor and collision-checking scope. The separate option list carries a UVC200 heading; identify the installed ultrasonic system, generator, spindle/holder, amplitude measurement and cooling rather than assuming every listed item is included.

Provide exact material/condition, feature geometry and damage/surface acceptance with the complete tool projection and clamp plan. Run the difficult orientations and edges with the quoted ultrasonic and cutting configuration, then inspect the released part. Count accepted output with tool changes, ultrasonic setup, cleaning and measurement; the presence of five axes does not prove part accuracy or process improvement.
