Deed V1160L
V1160L provides 1100/610/610 mm X/Y/Z travel on the manufacturer’s reviewed VL table. Its 1200 × 600 mm table and 1000 kg published load support a different setup check from V850L; they do not guarantee that every feature of a 1200 mm-long housing is reachable. Map the distant bores and clamps against actual travel and request the permissible load distribution for the complete part/fixture.
The listed spindle nose sits 150–760 mm above the table across its working range. Check the fixture datum, holder projection and longest tool at both the deepest feature and the withdrawal position. If a rotary is proposed for another face, include centre height, the tilted part, clamp mass and complete sweep. The general four-/five-axis option statement is not proof of a selected simultaneous five-axis package.
V1160L has separate BT40 belt and direct-drive columns: 8000 versus 12000 rpm maximum. Each prints 11/18.5 kW rated/maximum; torque is 69/156 Nm for belt and 52.5/118 Nm for direct. Choose against the material, cutter and speed/torque/duty curve, retaining the values of the selected drive. Higher maximum rpm does not establish a shorter housing cycle or more low-speed torque.

The base table lists a 24-position disc magazine, and the family configuration list names FANUC without a control version. Agree enabled functions, complete tools, coolant/filtering, chip conveyor if needed and rotary/postprocessor responsibility. Trial datum transfer and the critical hole/face on the intended fixture, measuring the released part and timing handling and inspection as well as cutting.
