Deed V850L
V850L is the smaller of the four reviewed DEED VL centres linked from this factory profile. Its original table gives 850/510/510 mm X/Y/Z travel, a 950 × 500 mm table and 500 kg published table load. Draw the blank and complete fixture with its clamps and feature coordinates; table length is not X travel, and the load allowance must accommodate the proposed setup rather than the part alone.
The 150–660 mm spindle-nose-to-table range matters when a tall fixture meets a long drill or boring holder. Review the lowest cut and withdrawal above clamps with the complete tool assembly. Optional column elevation appears in the family list, but it is not included in this base envelope. Obtain the actual quoted drawing and identify its changed limits before accepting a raised build.
The manufacturer separates a BT40 belt spindle at 8000 rpm maximum from a BT40 direct spindle at 12000 rpm. Both columns list 11/18.5 kW rated/maximum, but belt torque is 69/156 Nm and direct torque is 52.5/118 Nm. Keep one coherent drive specification. Request the speed/torque curve and permitted duty for the difficult cut; the source does not define these pairs as continuous and timed power.

The reviewed disc magazine has 24 positions; complete tool diameter, length, mass and occupied-neighbour limits need the build sheet. Define chip evacuation and deep-hole coolant, and quote any rotary, probing or 30-position magazine separately. Trial the critical bore or mating face under the proposed clamp force, then inspect after release. The retained original photograph visibly bears V850L and is not reused as a larger VL model.
