Deed V1370L
V1370L is the reviewed VL size with 1300/710/710 mm X/Y/Z travel, a 1400 × 700 mm table and 1300 kg published table load. For a longer housing or multi-part fixture, check the outermost features, all clamps and the load distribution. Extra support area cannot compensate for a tool path outside travel or a fixture that blocks the cutter approach.
The source gives a 150–860 mm spindle-nose-to-table range. Compare the tallest loaded fixture and tool projection with that window, then simulate the deepest bore and full withdrawal. A proposed raised column or rotary needs a revised drawing and collision/load review. Do not infer usable tilted-part capacity from Z travel or the family’s optional four-/five-axis description.
The table shows BT40 belt/direct alternatives at 8000/12000 rpm maximum. Power remains 11/18.5 kW rated/maximum; torque is 69/156 Nm for belt or 52.5/118 Nm for direct. The larger table does not make this the V1690L BT50 spindle. Ask for the quoted drive’s speed/torque curve and duty definition with the proposed roughing or contour tool.

The reviewed magazine has 24 positions. Check the boring head, sister tools, neighbour occupancy and control/probing functions in the exact build. Demonstrate chip evacuation around the long fixture and specify coolant/filtering for deep holes. Accept far-apart bore position and mating-face relationships after unclamping under agreed inspection conditions, repeating loading and datum recovery. The original photo visibly reads V1370L; it is not relabelled for other VL sizes.
