T55MY’s reviewed Chinese model page describes a Y-axis live-tool turret for turning, milling, boring, drilling and tapping. Its table gives 550 mm swing, 300 mm maximum machining diameter, 371 mm maximum machining length and 195/500 mm X/Z travel. Locate the offset hole, flat or pocket from the turned datum and show the complete holder approach. These envelope figures do not define usable Y travel or make every off-centre feature accessible.
The English T55MY page gives a different machining length and Z travel and contains Y and W rows. Those are not combined with this Chinese build or used to assign it a sub-spindle. Request one consistent model/revision, axis diagram, control version and quoted live-tool/Y/C functions. The Chinese table does not give bar capacity or numerical Y range; its 62 mm spindle bore is not a confirmed bar-through allowance.
The main-spindle reference is A2-6, 5000 rpm maximum and 11/15 kW continuous/30-minute power. Twelve turret positions do not establish twelve simultaneously usable powered holders. Specify the coupling, radial/axial holders, live-tool speed/power and occupied neighbours, checking chuck, turret and support clearances at the most difficult approach. Published X/Z rapid feeds are 30/30 m/min; cycle time still includes positioning, loading and inspection.
Use the proposed stock, clamping, tool projection and enabled control functions to machine the critical offset feature, then inspect its position/orientation to the turned datum after release. Repeat seating and tool-offset conditions. The Chinese table lists a 2300 × 1770 × 1910 mm body and 4500 kg mass; obtain installation, conveyor/feeder and service space separately. The original gallery photograph visibly identifies T55MY and is not a picture of MS or MSY.
