Jingdiao JDHGT600T
JDHGT600T is a three-axis high-speed machining centre positioned for precision electrodes, mould parts and precision-hole grinding of metal and special materials. Jingdiao states stable 2–5 μm machining accuracy with a reasonable software and hardware configuration. That qualification matters: the statement does not define a universal tolerance for every feature, material or production cycle. Start the quotation with the particular surfaces and dimensions that must meet your drawing, not an unconditional “2 μm machine” requirement.
For an electrode, identify the critical profile, small radii and datum relationships; for a precision hole, specify diameter, form and position separately. Ask for a representative trial using the proposed material, tools, CAM strategy and finishing sequence. Agree thermal preparation, measurement equipment, workpiece release from the fixture and the reporting method before cutting. These are procurement checks, not a claim that CNCVerified has tested this machine or that the catalogue supplies a complete acceptance standard.
The T configuration selector identifies the JD135E-32-HE32/F precision spindle at 32,000 rpm with HSK-E32, paired with either a 24-tool umbrella magazine or a 37-tool chain magazine. Choose one complete tool package and check the assembled holders, tools and probes against its supplied limits. The shared page also describes JDHGT600TH configurations using BT30 or HSK-A50; those entries do not turn the T into a larger-interface machine. Maximum speed alone does not establish the available torque for a particular cutter.

- Manufacturer states 2–5 μm under reasonable software/hardware configuration; not a universal part guarantee
The exact T travel is 600/500/200 mm in X/Y/Z, with a 650 × 650 mm worktable and 300 kg maximum load reference. The TH is separately listed with 300 mm Z travel; do not borrow that extra stroke for this T quotation. Submit fixture and part height together with the shortest and longest assembled tools. Have the supplier approve the working clearances and loaded arrangement, since the published travel is not a complete spindle-to-table or collision envelope.
The source describes closed-loop motion control and optional on-machine inspection to quantify machine, tool and workpiece condition. Specify which inspection hardware, software, calibration and reporting functions are actually included. An on-machine reading is useful process evidence, but agree how finished-part acceptance will be verified. Optional precision rotary tables also need an explicit axis, control and CAM scope; the base three-axis listing does not establish simultaneous five-axis machining.
