JXLCS45A is Juxin’s production-type shaft/disc twin-station reference. Its table separates 180 mm maximum shaft turning diameter from 210 mm disc turning diameter and gives 600 mm maximum part length. The 450 mm swing is clearance, not a 450 mm disc-cutting capacity.
The exact A page lists 2500 rpm, A2-6/A2-8 interface choices and 8/10/15-inch hydraulic chuck alternatives. Longer HA and turning/milling CX variants elsewhere in the catalogue are separate configurations; their capacities and powered features should not be added to this record.
Provide both operation drawings, grip/support locations and the datum passed between stations. Demonstrate shaft runout and shoulder relationships or disc face/bore relationships after turnover and unclamping. For a robot line, test buffer orientation, cleaning, cycle balance and stop/restart as part of the accepted complete route.
