KHMC63 U is the smaller of the two reviewed horizontal references here: current table maximum workpiece sweep diameter is 800 mm, maximum mass 1500 kg and X/Y/Z travel 1000/1000/1000 mm. Its 630 × 630 mm square table entry is marked non-standard. Confirm the actual table/fixture interface, loaded mass and centre of gravity; table dimensions or linear travel alone cannot establish clearance through a five-axis cut.

The current KHMC63 U column lists 18000 rpm spindle maximum, 30 kW power entry and 84/125 Nm S1/S6 torque, with HSK-A63 and HSK-A100 marked optional. Magazine entry is 40 tools with 60 marked optional. Request spindle code, duty curve, tool interface, occupied-tool limits and coolant package as one coherent build. Family claims of higher torque from another model are not copied into this column.

Head-centre/table distance is 50–1050 mm and spindle-nose/table 0–650 mm. The published tilt range is −105 to +60 degrees and rotary range 360 degrees, but site sections are inconsistent in B/C naming. Obtain a build-specific kinematic drawing and prove reach/collision using the full holders and loaded fixture. U does not inherit the separately named UT family’s turning capability; pallet exchange remains a quoted option, not an automatic base feature.

GNC62 control and 40 m/min linear maximum feed are published references. Agree the licensed five-axis functions, CAM post, machine model, compensation and restart procedure. Linear positioning/repeat entries are 0.008/0.005 mm; inspect the critical multi-face feature after release rather than promising that tolerance on a part. Current-table mass is approximately 25000 kg and footprint 7.9 × 5.6 × 4.7 m. Obtain the complete installation/service plan.
