KHMC80 U’s current visible column lists 1000 mm maximum workpiece sweep diameter, 2000 kg maximum workpiece mass and 1200/1200/1200 mm linear travel. The 800 × 800 mm square table is marked non-standard. Verify loaded fixture geometry, centre of gravity and the head approach for every required face, including tool withdrawal and loading access; the larger sweep reference is not a guaranteed part envelope in all orientations.

The current KHMC80 U table distinguishes 12000 rpm from an 8000 rpm alternative, 201/312 Nm S1/S6 torque from a 310/630 Nm alternative, and 20/31 kW from a 99.5/120 kW alternative power entry. HSK-A100 is listed with HSK-A63 marked optional. Obtain spindle-code data and duty curves to establish the exact combination; do not join high-torque, high-speed and interface alternatives into a single machine. Current magazine entry is 60 with 40 marked optional, differing from older/revision tables.

Published head-centre/table distance is 80–1280 mm and spindle-nose/table 0–935 mm. Tilt is −105 to +60 degrees and rotary range 360 degrees; inconsistent B/C naming across the site requires the delivered axis diagram. U and UT are separate families, so no table-turning capability is inferred from U’s rotary movement. Confirm pallet handling, coolant/chip package, full holder sweep and machine-coordinate conventions for the quoted control and fixture.

Agree a GNC62/CAM handover, simulation model, compensation records and controlled programme restart. Published 0.008/0.005 mm linear positioning/repeat references are not a guarantee of the released part’s datum relationships. Trial the deepest or most clearance-sensitive feature with production tooling and load. Current-table mass is approximately 28000 kg and footprint 9.3 × 5.6 × 5.0 m; require the complete foundation/service plan. The retained intact manufacturer-sample illustration clearly bears KHMC 80U and is separate from the specification revision; it is not passed off as KHMC63 U.
