Longchang LC-430NC
LC-430NC is Longchang’s compact twin-head milling reference for opposing faces of blocks from 20 × 20 to 430 × 430 mm, with 190 mm listed maximum thickness. Its X/Y movements belong to the right and left spindle heads; Z moves the table. They do not describe a vertical machining center’s rectangular part envelope.
The current Chinese table lists a 330 × 330 mm worktable, 400 kg load, 200 mm cutter and 0–600 rpm spindle range. Check the support and clamp arrangement for a block extending beyond the table, the combined fixture/workpiece mass and the allowance removed from each face. The related original illustration is marked DH-430NC; confirm the delivered LC enclosure and fixture separately.
Rapid movements are 12000 / 12000 / 12500 mm/min, equivalent to 12 / 12 / 12.5 m/min. They are positioning speeds. Use an actual block to measure finished opposing-face dimensions, parallelism and squareness after rotation and unclamping; retain the cutter, locating sequence and measurement method with the trial.
