Longchang LC-600NC
LC-600NC addresses opposing-face milling of 30 × 30 to 600 × 600 mm blocks, with 240 mm listed thickness. It uses a 400 × 400 mm worktable and a published 1000 kg load. Provide the incoming stock, support and fixture drawing so the larger processing range is checked against actual workholding.
The standard-model page lists a 250 mm cutter, 0–600 rpm spindle and 11 kW spindle-motor entry. It describes a hydraulic gantry clamp and offers Mitsubishi control as an option. Specify controller, fixture and indexing/measurement functions in the supplied package; the related original machine image is marked DH-600NC.
X and Y are right/left spindle movements of 320 mm; the table movement is 850 mm. All three rapid entries are 10000 mm/min, or 10 m/min. Time the full clamping, cutting, turning and unloading route, then inspect squareness and parallelism after release rather than inferring output from rapid speed.
