ZDCY YKA2060

YKA2060 is a separate ZDCY bevel-gear grinding machine described with eight controlled axes and five-axis simultaneous motion. The source offers generating or form grinding for circular-arc bevel teeth and face-arc gear couplings. For a larger gear, bring the mating pair, mounting geometry, tooth form, heat-treated blank condition and flank allowance. The machine’s eight axes do not mean eight simultaneously interpolated axes or automatically establish every geometry/fixture combination.

The exact table specifies 600 mm maximum diameter, maximum face module 15 mm, 1–200 teeth, maximum ratio 200:1 and grinding-wheel diameter 7.5–18 inches. Do not transfer the smaller YK2035G wheel range or module limit to this model. Confirm the actual wheel/dresser, tooth depth, face width, fixture bore/interface and access for the loaded gear. Face module and normal module are different conventions, and a maximum gear-processing diameter is not a complete blank-clearance drawing.

The manufacturer describes HGS machining-control software integrated with Siemens ONE, independent oil cooling/filtration, oil-mist separation, setting/stock allocation, dressing and inline measurement. Its process list includes rough, forceful and polishing grinding; select the method, allowance and wheel specification for the material rather than treating all stages as one guaranteed result. Agree fixture and wheel compensation, measurement datums, thermal conditions and the actual delivered software/metrology package.

Run a representative heat-treated part through the proposed rough/finish strategy, inspecting agreed tooth deviations, finish and any surface-integrity requirement. Apply and verify correction, then accept the pair at the agreed mounting/backlash and loaded-test conditions where required. Catalogue DIN/roughness references remain conditional.
