BYJC MXR-560V-e

MXR-560V-e is the larger reviewed BYJC–OKUMA MXR-V-e vertical centre, with 1050/560/450 mm X/Y/Z travel and 700 kg maximum table load. The source prints 1300 × 560 mm under a width-by-length heading that differs in apparent orientation from the smaller model’s entry. Confirm the actual table drawing, slot orientation and fixture coordinates. A 1300 mm table does not establish 1300 mm X travel.

This model uses BT50, unlike the 460V-e’s BT40. Its listed spindle range is 50–6000 rpm and its power is 15 kW for ten minutes or 11 kW continuously. Existing BT40 tool assemblies do not become BT50 assemblies merely because the model belongs to the same series. Review the intended cutting/boring process, complete holder inventory and spindle duty curve with the quotation.

The manufacturer’s table gives 20 tool positions. Confirm occupied-neighbour diameter, complete tool mass/length and the required sister tools separately. Its optional CNC rotary table is described as four axes with three simultaneous movements. Identify the rotary build, control integration, load definition and clamping before using it for multiple housing faces; it is not evidence of simultaneous five-axis blade machining.

Z travel remains 450 mm despite the larger horizontal envelope. Obtain the actual spindle-nose window and check the lowest feature, longest boring holder and withdrawal above a tall fixture. Trial the distant datum and critical valve/housing features with production tooling and chip/coolant conditions, timing handling and measurement too.
